Verification+Processing+Shipping = Delivery
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
It normally takes 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Once a working tracking number is available, we will update you through the email and or phone number you provided. If your order hasn't reached you within the time frame specified below, please contact us at email@example.com before taking any other action so we can sort it out and give you the most current update. We work really hard to make sure that you get your package and we will constantly monitor it for you until you receive it. So don't you worry, because we will give you a full refund including the shipping cost in the unlikely event that that you don't receive your package.
US and Canada: From $5.99 to $9.50 depending on the cost of the item.
US stock/inventory, if so indicated, ships out after 2 to 3 days of processing and mailed to the 48 continental states and expected to be delivered after 2 to 3 business days, barring any unforeseen delays with USPS or any other carrier. For all other items, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
International Shipping: From $7.50 and up depending on the cost of the item and your location. After verification and processing, expect delivery from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. It will take a little longer if you live in a remote area. Customer is responsible for any custom duties and taxes that your country may impose.
Our return policy lasts 10 days. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. You must initiate a return within the 10 days and ship back the item to us within those 10 days for a return/refund/exchange to be considered prior to inspection.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 20% restocking fee may apply unless the item you purchased includes Free Return and/or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not charge taxes on your purchase so YOU are responsible for any custom duties and taxes that your country may impose.
